After more than 35 years supporting executives, leadership teams, and growing organizations, I realized something important: the work I loved most wasn’t managing calendars or coordinating meetings—it was making someone else’s day easier. I found genuine satisfaction in bringing order to chaos, anticipating needs before they became problems, and creating the kind of behind-the-scenes support that allows business owners to focus on what only they can do.
That realization led me to create ZenithVA. Today, I partner with entrepreneurs and small business owners who wear too many hats and simply need someone they can trust. Whether I’m managing inboxes and calendars, planning events, writing newsletters, organizing projects, or refining business communications, my goal is always the same: to give my clients back their most valuable asset—their time. I believe the best support isn’t reactive; it’s thoughtful, proactive, and personal.
Outside of work, I’m endlessly curious. I love history, travel, and learning about other cultures—interests that have inspired years of research and writing a historical novel set in nineteenth-century Egypt. This summer, I was fortunate enough to experience that country through my daughter’s eye, exploring Cairo, sailing the Nile, and visiting Alexandria. Those experiences remind me why I love helping people: every hour I save for my clients gives them more time to pursue what matters most in their own lives. That’s the heart of ZenithVA, and it’s a privilege to be part of their journey.
Your Time is Your Most Valuable Asset.
